-To achieve the best results, users can select the appropriate connection type, tube inner diameter (I.D.) size, and tool version based on their specific cleaning requirements. Two Tool Variants for Maximum Efficiency are :
Standard Tip – Ideal for routine cleaning and maintenance.
Drill Tip – Designed for added cutting power, making it effective for tackling severely plugged tubes.
Our buffing tools are designed for use in ferrous and nonferrous straight tubes. However, they are not suitable for internally enhanced tubes.
The design ensures maximum efficiency and tool longevity when operated in a clockwise motion. Using them in the opposite direction may reduce effectiveness and cause premature wear.
Choosing the right size depends on your tube’s inner diameter (I.D.), connection type, and cleaning requirements. Selecting the correct size ensures optimal performance and durability.
They are designed for light to medium-scale deposits. For heavy scaling or hardened deposits, it is recommended to use a more aggressive cleaning tool first, then finish with a buffing tool.
The lifespan depends on usage frequency and the type of deposits being removed. Regular inspection is recommended, and replacement should be done when bristles show significant wear.
